Identify
Our highly trained and experienced
counsellors work with employees to help
them identify the problems they are facing,
or their root cause, that are having a negative
impact on their ability to give of their best
within the workplace. Sometimes these are
quite obvious; on other occasions the situation
may not be so clear cut. It’s down to the skills
of the counsellor to get to the bottom of the
problem.  

Counsel
Once an issue has been identified, it’s the job of the counsellor to help the employee develop
appropriate coping strategies which will help
them on the road to recovery and get them
back to work as soon as possible.
 

  Manage
In certain circumstances, what is considered
to be an employee’s problem may, in fact,
be merely a reaction to the real issue. Stop
the cause of the problem and the problem
itself goes away.

Our counsellors work with companies to develop and implement welfare policies relating to areas such as bullying, sexual harassment and racism to help ensure
a safe and supportive working environment
